Each customer’s instance is configured to align with their portfolio of products and target user community, and provisioned at the subscription start date. Service performance baselines are established at the time of the customer’s implementation and thereafter OneStream shall maintain a commercially reasonable level of performance for the service. Changes to the instance configuration are performed in partnership with the customer to limit any potential operational disruption.
Public Networks
The SaaS OneStream Platform operates utilizing public networks, including the internet, which is not under the control of OneStream. OneStream makes no representation or guarantee of performance or security of any public network.
Connection points subject to low-latency internet connections, inefficient network routing, or other geographical or politically influenced network traffic conditions may consider VPN, virtual desktop, or MPLS technology to enhance performance.
