Assigning a Home Page: Example

Below is an example of how to set up Homepage Manager for a group or individual users.

NOTE: Your application may have different groups and dashboards since this is based on our example application.

1. Click User.

2. Type HDK in the first Text Filter search box for the user group/user selection to find all users with HDK in the name. Click on the HDK_Admin user to select it.

3. Enter HDK in the Home Page Text Filter search box to find the dashboards with HDK in the name. Select 2a_TicketAnalysis_HDKA.

4. The selected dashboard displays in the Preview pane and shows a sample of the selected dashboard.

5. Click Set to save the selections for the user HDK_Admin.

   

   For this example, the Set Home Page results displays as shown in the following image.

   

6. Log in as HDK_Admin to confirm that the user can access the selected dashboard.
