Form templates can be setup to allow manual data entry. The entries can be done in a cube view from an Excel file or from the Spreadsheet feature (OneStream Windows App only). Each form template group has an assigned cube view, dashboard or Excel file. Forms can also be loaded using an Excel or CSV template. See "Loading Form Data" in Collecting Data for more information.
