The OneStream Service and associated Cloud Instance resources are operated out of several global data centers. By default, a customer’s region will be automatically selected on their behalf based on the Base Location as denoted on the Order Schedule.
NOTE: Only primary data center locations will be included in the default selection criteria pool. Alternate data center locations are only available by customer request.
A customer with a documented data residency requirement may request a different region by specific request on an Order Schedule. Alternate data center locations may have specific considerations. Consult your account manager for additional information.
