The OneStream Service and associated Cloud Instance resources are operated out of several regions. By default, the customer’s region will be automatically selected based on the Base Location as provided on the Order Schedule.
NOTE: Only primary regions will be included in the default selection criteria pool. Alternate regions are available upon customer request.
A customer with a documented legal or regulatory data residency requirement may request a different region by specific request to OneStream, subject to specific considerations. Consult your account manager for additional information.
